We are strong engineering professionals skilled in engineering talent management, managing Global Customer experience delivery, Business Analytics, implementation of data-driven Automated support strategies, AI/ML-based employee/customer platforms deployment, mobile App based customer portal implementation, experienced in predictive, prescriptive analytics and search engine optimization strategies.

Meet the CEO
Sanjeev Srivastava
Sanjeev is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of organizational experience. Throughout his career, he’s played key roles in customer success, service delivery, digital CX transformation and talent development for companies like Synopsys, where he served as the Director of Applications Engineering for more than two decades. At ZOICX, he’s looking to redefine the VLSI design services with custom-driven solutions.
He maintains his commitment to professional education by teaching at his alma mater, Osmania University, as an AI/ML professor, leveraging his excellent campus connections to bridge hiring needs in universities and enterprises. With a rich legacy of expertise in both the technical and business side of things, he’s passionate about grooming young talent into future leaders. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Osmania University and an MS from ENSM-St Etienne France, as well as an executive management program in Data Science/Analytics from IIM Lucknow.
